Ambar Ortiz, LMSW

Ambar is a person-centered psychotherapist whose work has focused on supporting adolescents, young adults, families, and women through the changing seasons of life. She is passionate about helping individual’s work through limiting beliefs, negative patterns, and traumas keeping them from experiencing true joy and freedom. In practice, she employs a culturally responsive, emotionally focused, strength-based, and holistic approach.
