OUR MISSION is to enhance the well-being and quality of life for those in need by meeting the interim needs of people of all ages. We address the social determinants of health for all New Yorkers. R.A.I.N. offers a Continuum of Care that includes a range of services for seniors and those with disabilities.
From working with teens to adults, we have seen firsthand the benefits of crafting a safe and authentic space for people to process past experiences, anxiety, traumas, and other challenges. All while also learning new skills to overcome what weighs us down and manifest those changes we have dreamt of.
Rosita L. Marinez has over twenty years of experience in program administration, operational
management, project development, clinical supervision, fiscal management, and professional
training. She specializes in mental health, substance use disorder, HIV/AIDS, and housing.

Rosita provides technical assistance to organizations in the areas of innovation, social design, and organizational/leadership.
Rosa Bramble Weed, LCSW-R, CASAC, a bilingual (Spanish and English) mental health practitioner, maintains a private practice in clinical and forensic psychosocial services in New York City. In her private practice, Ms. Bramble Weed treats individuals, families and couples, specializing in the psychosocial impact of traumatic events in their lives.
Hispanic Federation (HF) is the nation’s premier Latino nonprofit membership organization. Founded in 1990, HF seeks to empower and advance the Hispanic community, support Hispanic families, and strengthen Latino institutions through work in the areas of education, health, immigration, civic engagement, economic empowerment, & the environment.
